★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great taste with affordable price. I try the "soto betawi" a jakarta's traditional food. The meat and seasoning is very tasty to the last bite.. the place is a bit small but still comfort to dine in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never tried Soto Betawi before, but I guess this is the best Soto Betawi. This place is legendary, since it has been visited by a couple of local celebrities. The Soto is so good. It has moderate-sized chunk of meat and the rice is soft. The difference between Soto Medan (because I'm from Medan) and this Soto Betawi is the soup has more santan (coconut milk in English) and red-coloured, almost the same as Kari soup but tastes different. The place is small and a little hot in the afternoon, but its comofortable enough to enjoy the Soto.
