Nice food because its quite different, not so ordinary soto. The Soto Becek itself are kind of fussion food.. Combined traditional soto with gule ingredients onclude the lamb chop.. Fresh and super tasty.. But sure to watch your blood pressure..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food and very affordable food, the crispy fried chicken was very tasty and their bakwan jagung(corn fritters) are almost on its own a reason to visit! For the price of a 3 people full dinner here you get only one main course in the tourist restaurants! This is a true hidden gem! Compliments to the nice ladies and their amazing cooking skills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a javaness traditional restaurant, with special menu of soto. Soto is a sort of soup made of chicken and vegetables. The soto served in this restaurant, like some other sotos from central Java, is fresh, delicious, and healthy. No coconut cream is used, but garlic and other spices. The location is not far from Prambanan Temple, around 5 minutes by car, at the north side of the temple. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, quiet and peaceful with traditional taste.

Nonetheless, as bandwagon appeal is not the only validating factor, I am pleased to spend my time there.
The atmosphere is warm and lowkey super chill.
The price is affordable.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
Will totally come back there when I travel to Jogja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great traditional central Java Chicken/beef soto soup in the area of Prambanan Temple (Candi). Amazing place to take a rest, to hang out with friends and families. Great view, side of corn farms ????
