★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pertama kali merasakan ayam goreng Kalasan Mbak Tia saat seorang teman mendapat anugerah hingga kemudian melakukan syukuran dan memilih ayam goreng Kalasan Mbak Tia sebagai hidangan.
Dari suapan perdana, saya langsung menyimpulkan untuk mencari alamat Mbak Tia demi segera membelinya.
Ayam goreng digoreng dengan kering dan bumbunya dapat merasuk meresap hingga ke setiap inchi daging. Apalagi ditambah dengan kremesan yang diberikan tanpa rasa pelit.
Saat pertama memakannya dari bingkisan teman dan kemudian membelinya sendiri, saya menerima paket satu ayam atau biasa disebut ingkung. Di dalam kotak terdapat kelengkapan berupa ayam goreng (saya tidak tahu pasti, apakah ayam kampung atau ayam jenis lain, tapi yang jelas bukan ayam broiler), lalapan, sambal, kremesan yang ditaburkan di sekujur tubuh ayam, dan kremesan yang dibungkus plastik.
Saya telah membandingkan dengan ayam kalasan yang berisi paket sejenis, dan sementara ini belum ada yang mengalahkan masakan Mbak Tia..

I have compared it with kalasan chicken which contains a similar package, and in the meantime nothing has beaten Mbak Tia's cooking ...
