★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sbg seorang pelanggan tu pasti mau dong ya dilayanin lebih baik, tp ini kok dr awal masuk di kasir sampe karyawan2 lain nya hg anter makan, bnr2 judes bgt ga ramah samsek ditanyain jwbn nya kyk ga niat bgt. Tolong ya manager kek tim hrd solaria pesona square depok ini, tolong baca yaa. Karyawan nya tolong di training lg pelayanan nya ke konsumen tuh kyk gimana yg bagus nya, jgn malah judes bgt kyk gitu semua nya sama aja. Trus kalo solaria yg lain ada disapa dong pas dateng sm pas mau pulang ini tuh bnr2 diem aja judesss ?
Ini untuk pertama dn terakhir ga lagi2 kesana.
 As a customer, you definitely want to be served better, but this is why from the start when you enter the cashier until the other employees come to eat, it's really rude and not friendly when you ask the answer, it doesn't seem like you really mean it. Please, manager, solaria hrd team, this depok square charm, please read it. The employees, please be trained again in their service to consumers, how good is it, don't even be rude, it's like it's all the same. Then, if the other Solarias are there, please say hello when you come to SM when you want to go home, it's really just silence, judesss
This is the first and last time not going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesanan harus nya 4 makanan 1 minuman malah di kasih nya 2 makanan 1 minuman, gi mana sih pihak resto nya kerja nya ga teliti banget, harus nya di lihat dulu pesanan dan jumlah nominal uang nya sama atau tidak, saya sangat kecewa sama resto nya.
The order had to be 4 food 1 drink instead of being given 2 food 1 drink, how come the restaurant doesn't work very carefully, you have to look at the order and the nominal amount of money is the same or not, I'm very disappointed with the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bagus cuma agak kecil jadi kaya sempit gitu. Untuk rasa makanan standar Solaria (enak) dan pelayanannya juga cepet, padahal pas makan lagi rame pengunjung tapi makanan cepet dihidangkan ga sampe kelaparan nunggunya.
The place is good, just a little small so it & apos; s narrow. For the taste of standard Solaria food (delicious) and the service is also fast, even though when eating again there are many visitors but fast food is served not until hungry waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ada salah satu pelayan yang bener2 ga sopan. pada saat itu Ayah saya pesen Nasi Goreng Spesial. setelah nunggu lumayan lama akhirnya nasi gorengnya dateng. begitu ada nasi goreng dateng, nggak lama pelayan itu main tarik nasi goreng itu dari depan Ayah saya tanpa bilang satu patah katapun. kami yang bingung akhirnya nanya dan dia cuma bilang dgn sangat tdk ramah kalau pesenannya salah.
there is one waiter who is really not polite. at that time my father ordered the special fried rice. After a long wait, the fried rice finally arrived. as soon as the fried rice arrived, not long after that the waiter played and pulled the fried rice from in front of my father without saying a word. we were confused finally asked and he just said very unfriendly if the order was wrong.
