Ehh dia jawab ,mau cancel aja bu ?? saya jwb, ehh saya mau beli barang ini knp km suruh saya cancel sepertinya nggk mau ribet. saya tegur bukannya dia minta maaf malah tengilan dia dr pembeli. BXC nama Gaby. saya di handle dgn atasan nya Aci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini beli kapas FSS, total masih di bawah 100k. Payment debit minimal 100k. Ok. Dikasih tunai 50k, tapi ga punya kembalian ?. Akhirnya bela2in beli 2 pcs kapas, yg ujung2nya ga siap kembalian juga. Kasir pun ga solutif, kalo memang ga bisa debit, minimal siap2 untuk uang kembalian. Dan kalo memang harus cashless, kenapa kasir ga solutif kasih penawaran payment metode lain?? (Gopay, ovo, dll)
Come here, buy FSS cotton, the total is still under 100k. Minimum debit payment of 100k. OK. Was given 50k in cash, but didn't have change ?. Finally defended to buy 2 pcs of cotton, which in the end was not ready to be returned either. The cashier is also not a solution, if you can't debit it, at least be ready for change. Tolong attitude pelayanannya ditingkatkn.
The service was really bad, my bag was checked impolitely just because I was dressed normally and wearing sandals. Followed many times and interrogated with an arrogant tone. I am very disappointed and offended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan di counter sociolla bxc sangat gk ramah. Kecuali kasirnya yg masih ramah sm tamu. Beda sekali pelayanannya dgn yg di aeon bsd. Sy lihat di bxc hanya ramah dgn yg berpenampilan menarik padahal org tsb jg gk beli cm liat2. Sedangkan sy yg beli beberapa items pelayanannya sgt gk ramah. Tolong dong di perbaiki lg pelayanannya gk lg deh beli yg di bxc ?
The service at the sociolla bxc counter is not very friendly. Except for the cashier who is still friendly with guests. The service is very different from the one at Aeon BSD. I saw on bxc that they were only friendly with those who looked attractive even though the person didn't buy it, just take a look. Meanwhile, when I bought several items, the service was not very friendly. Please fix the service again, don't buy the one from bxc anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmh, di masa ppkm level 1 ini, udh mulai bisa try on product/swatches dengan protokol yg berlaku, terpampang jelas kalau mau swatch hrs pakai cotton bud. Ok, saya swatch semua pakai cotton bud. Tapi tetep aja diliatin dan ga nyaman gt, kaya seakan2 mau nyolong? Product knowledge nya jg jelek bgt? Nanya lipstik di bilangnya kalau yg itu harganya 100 rbuan. Nanya browcara cuma bilang cuman ada 1 merk aja padahal pas ngiter sendiri nemu 3 merk lain yg punya. Nge swatch browcara di alis sendiri juga gabisa, padahal di alis loh, ga jadi beli deh soalnya takut warnanya ga cocok. Nge swatch concealer ditangan disamperin trus dibilang kalau mau nge swatch harus ngomong ke BA nya padahal barusan sepupu saya juga swatch concealer yg sama selang 5 menit sama saya ga disamperin juga tu? No wonder rating tempatnya jelek. Staff nya sombong+unhelpful+risih. Not going to come back.
Mmh, during this PPKM level 1, you can try on products/swatches with the applicable protocol, it's clearly stated that if you want to swatch, you have to use a cotton bud. Ok, I swatched everything using a cotton bud. But you still can't see it and it's not comfortable, it's like you want to help? The product knowledge is really bad too? When he asked for lipstick, he said that the price was 100 thousand. Asking browcara only said there was only 1 brand even though when I checked myself I found 3 other brands that had them. I can't even swatch browcara on my own eyebrows, even though it's on my eyebrows, so I didn't buy it because I was afraid the color wouldn't match. When you swatch concealer in your hand, you are told that if you want to swatch you have to talk to the BA even though just now my cousin also swatched the same concealer 5 minutes later and I didn't bring it too? No wonder the rating of the place is bad. The staff is arrogant + unhelpful + uncomfortable. Not going to come back.
