Pelayanan sangat buruk tgl, 22 desember 2019 sekitat pukul 4.00, ketika sy ingin membeli galaxy watch mereka tidak peduli dan tetap bermain hp hingga sy tanya apakah stock masih ada mereka menjawab ada dan langgsung pergi untuk mengobrol dgn staff lain. Setelah itu saya membayar. Ketika saya bertanya apakah ada promosi, cashback atau diskon pembelian? Salah satu dr mereka bilang "ga ada" dengan muka yg sombong. Setelah sy membayar saya diminta email untuk mengirimkan invoice pembelian lagi2 dgn nada yg malas dan sombong. Setelah melakukan pembayaran, sy di wa salah satu dr mereka (saya ada bukti screenshotnya). Untuk meminta aktivasi. Namun saat itu saya sedang menonton film sehingga tidak dapat membalas dan dia me "ping" sebanyak 4 kali untuk meminta sy membalas, itu merupakan tindakan yg sangat tidak sopan kepada pelanggan. Dan itu bukan hal yg urgent untuk dilakukan. Kalo mau buru2 di aktivasi kenapa pada saat saya membayar tidak langgsung diminta aktivasi atau dibantu proses aktivasi utk mendapatkan invoicenya ? PENGALAMAN TERBURUK SAYA BELANJA DI SAMSUNG STORE. Semoga bisa ditingkatkan lagi

3 maret 2022 saya ingin ambil hp yang di po dari website samsung. Sampai lokasi saya langsung bertanya ke pegawai yang sedang nganggur sambil bermain hp, kemudian saya disuruh duduk dan nunggu. Saya duduk di sebelah pegawai ini lumayan lama, pegawainya melayani pembeli lain dan itu pun sambil main hp yang padahal sudah dilayani pegawai lainnya. Jadi satu pembeli tadi dilayani 2 org. Saya tanya kembali bagaimana unit hp saya, kemudian dia baru ingat kalau dari tadi saya nanya dan nungguin. Akhirnya baru ada pegawai lain yang melayani saya. Saya sedang unboxing hp. Kemudian tiba tiba ada bapak bapak marah teriak karena ingin beli tapi tidak dilayani dengan baik. Pegawai yang ditanya tanya oleh bapak ini malah sambil melayani pembeli lain sehingga membuat si bapak ini marah. Heran padahal pegawai yang nganggur juga ada dan store tidak rame. Dari sini memang terbukti pegawai di toko samsung bxchange tidak profesional. Semoga samsung melatih pegawainya lebih baik lagi.
March 3, 2022 I want to take the cellphone that was posted from the Samsung website. I sat next to this employee for quite a while, the employee served other buyers and that too while playing on a cellphone even though it was already served by another employee. So one buyer was served by 2 people. I asked again how my cellphone unit was, then he just remembered that I had been asking and waiting. Finally, there was another employee who served me. I'm unboxing my phone. Then suddenly there were angry fathers screaming because they wanted to buy but were not served properly. The employee who was asked questions by this father was even serving other buyers, making the father angry. Surprised even though there are also unemployed employees and the store is not crowded. From this, it is proven that the employees at the Samsung bxchange store are not professional. I hope Samsung trains its employees better.
