★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “It will be done in around 30 minutes”. After 30 minutes, it’s not done yet and I needed to wait for another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, it’s done. I checked, but unfortunately, the result was not tidy. They decided to reperform the job. It was disappointing since I needed to wait more than 40 minutes. However, I appreciate their effort to re perform the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one greets you, not even a hi, we'll be right with you. One guy working with a client and a woman playing on her phone, not helping, not saying anything to the clients.
If I wasn't in a hurry and I knew another place nearby I wouldn't have gone here.
Oh and after 45 minutes waiting, it turns out they don't have anyone who can edit the file I have (standard illustrator file) to add one sentence. Had they said hi and informed me ahead of time I would have found another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turn right to reach the lift at the end of the corridor from Menara BCA's lobby to get to level 3. Or if you happen to be in Grand Indonesia mall, get to east mall and aim for the exit from Gramedia bookstore. They dont open on weekends because they follow the operation hour of the offices. Staff are polite and ready to assist. Unlike the Snapy stores I have visited, this Snapy doesnt display their price board for the services they do.
