From copy services, document scanning, printing, rental internet connection to design consultation with their expert team. The operation is computerized, start from choosing your service until the receiving of your order or service all computerized. If you are first-timer to Snappy, please be informed you need to choose your type of service on the computer and wait until your number will be announced by the system. Once you finished the service, your paper receipt will be print by the staff.
During Corona Pandemic, Snappy Bintaro Sektor 5 is still open and provide the service for their customer.
This store is provided additional service for their customer and taken seriously, this store follows the guidance from the government. In the lobby of this store, they provided water and soap to make sure the customer cleans their hands before and after receiving the service. In the service table, hand sanitizer is also provided and they developed the line which guides the customer to do physical distancing with the staff and they all wearing a masker.
Like another store, all staffs are very helpful, they are trained and customer-oriented. And last added value is there is free drink also?
