★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have known better before coming to a place where they need to endorse celebrities to get more exposure, the reason being that their services are not good enough to make customers return. For the pricepoint the service is subpar/even poor, the doctors are not honest upon their practice,overcharging customers for a simple procedure. During my scaling process, the scaling was so brief since i was on time for my 6month upkeep, even the dentist agreed that it is clean enough thus not needing alot of work. Surprisingly that "little" work came out differently in the invoice, instead of charging me with the "small" they charge me with "medium". It was a friday night i am too tired to argue but i have gotten my teeth scaled since i got my braces at 11-12, yesterday was the fastest session and there was no plaque, even when i rinsed there was no plaque. This is where they lose a customer. My suggestion for other dentists, be fair & take care of your customers so they keep returning, this way you don't need to endorse celebrities just for exposure.
