★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya saat itu sedang sakit gigi karrna gigi saya yg di tambal ada lubang dr samping, karena saya melahirkan dan anak saya dr nya di bunda menteng, jadi saya pikir biar sekalian,dr gigi juga di bunda, karena saya juga tinggal di sekitar menteng. Saat itu jumat malam, jadi saya telp klinik tsb untuk bikin janji, menurut operatornya ibu langsung dtg saja besok (sabtu) prakteknya dr jam 8 sd jam 5 sore. Saat saya dth jam 1.30 hari sabtu keesokan hari nya, tdk ada orang di resepsionisnya, resepsionisnya spt terburu2 dan sangat cuek dan tdk ramah dan komunikatif, saya saat itu sdg kesakitan , tdk ditanya apa2 ,saya tanya saya mau daftar dapat nomor antrian berapa? reseprionisnya bilang, wah dokternya jam 2 mau pulang bu..saya jawab, lho saya telp td malam sampai jam 5 prakteknya? entah bagaimana setelah dia cek sana sini, dia bilang bgini, bloke bu klw ibu mau nanti jam 2 setengah 3 baru giliran ibu... saya bilang dg polos, oh pas bgt mba ,saya makn siang dulu klw begitu, saya ga ngerti tau2 suster atau mba itu cek lagi sana sini bolak balik...trus bilang oo ibu tunggu sbntr ya nanti setengah jam lagi ibu di panggil. Lho kok berubah lagi...benar setengah jam saya di panggil, langsung dg dokter tapi sangat buru2 lubang tambalan saya di periksa gusi saya di tusuk sana sini ,ya ampun suami saya lihat ,kata nya gusi say berdarah trus di tambal lagi dll sampai selesai kurang lebih 10 sd 15 menit, tapi saya bisa rasa dokter itu sangat buru2 menangani saya. Setelah pulang besoknya tambalan sya langsung lepas, gudi saya sakit dan bengkak. Senin saya mau ke dr lagi , katanya buka jam 8, saya telp berkali2 tdk ada yg angkat. Jadi kesimpulan saya, paraktek dokter gigi nya tdk berjalan dg baik, mungkin buka jam suka2 dan tutup prakteknya juga suka2 tdk sesuai dg jadwal yg di umumkan kpd pasien.

It was Friday night, so I called the clinic to make an appointment, according to the operator, the mother immediately arrived tomorrow (Saturday) from 8 to 5 in the afternoon. When I was at 1.30 on Saturday the next day, there was no one at the reception, the receptionist was in a hurry and very ignorant and unfriendly and communicative, I was in pain at that time, asked nothing, I asked what number would I want to register for the queue number? the presenter said, wow, the doctor at 2 o'clock I want to go home ma'am ... I answer, do I call late at night until 5 o'clock in practice? somehow after he checked here and there, he said this, bro, bro, I want you later, at 2:30 a.m. it's only your mother's turn ... I said innocently, oh right, bro, I mean that afternoon, I don't understand the sisters or the mba checks back and forth back and forth ... then says oo mom is waiting for the next day, half an hour later my mother is called. Why did I change again ... right half of the time I was called, directly with the doctor but very quickly my patch holes were examined by my gums punctured here and there, my goodness my husband saw, he said the gums were bleeding and then patched again until finished about 10 to 15 minutes, but I can feel that the doctor is very handling me. After returning home the next day, the patches were released, so I was sick and swollen. Monday I want to go to Dr again, he said, it was open at 8 o'clock, I didn't have a number of people who picked up many times. So in my conclusion, the practice of the dentist is not working well, it may open hours like it and close the practice also likes not according to the schedule announced to the patient.
