★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak komitmen dgn kurs yg sudah deal by WA sejak pagi. Teller beralasan ini itu yg tidak masuk akal. Beda kurs deal pagi by WA dgn kurs siang di teller 120 untuk HKD. Saat diinfo jika di money changer lain lbh tinggi, lgs kurs diralat, itupun masih jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan kurs deal pagi by WA. Invoice yang tercetak juga tidak sesuai dgn fisik bank notenya, meskipun jumlah total benar. Sangat mengecewakan. Yang deal kurs, teller dan sistem perlu diperbaiki. Tidak recommended.
 Not a commitment to the exchange rate that has been dealt by WA since morning. This reasoning teller makes no sense. The difference between the morning deal price by WA and the afternoon rate at the teller 120 for HKD. When informed if at another money changer it is higher, the exchange rate is corrected, and even that is still much lower than the morning deal rate by WA. The invoice printed is also not in accordance with the bank's physical note, even though the total amount is correct. Very disappointing. The deal rates, tellers and systems need to be fixed. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rate bagus, letak strategis dan suasana nyaman (ada ac). Tapi prosesnya LAMA BANGET. Saya dua kali melakukan exchange di sini, dua duanya lama banget sampai lebih dari 1 jam padahal pelanggan sepi, nggak antri.
Ga ada untungnya punyya teller atau pegawai yg cakep2 kalau kerjanya lama. Mohon diperbaiki kinerjanya. We dont have the whole day only to stay in this place!
Good rate, strategic location and comfortable atmosphere (there is AC). But the process is SO LONG. I exchanged twice here, both of them took so long to take more than an hour even though the customers were quiet, not queuing.
There's no point in having a teller or a handsome employee if he works long. Please improve performance. We dont have the whole day only to stay in this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bestt.... Gue dateng jumat siang, tempatnya ga begitu rame. Mas2 yang ngelayanin ramah. Gue posisinya jual, dan rate nya cukup tinggi, ga begitu jauh dari rate BI. Dan rupiah nya bisa ditransfer ke rekening. Mantep bangeeet. Will surely come here again..
Kalo mau cek rate nya, ke website nya dulu aja. Rate nya sama persis ama yang di website.
Buat yang mau nuker atau jual uang asingnya, jangan ragu kesini. Bintang nya ga bohong...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed from Rupiah to Poundsterling today. They offer a competitive price, cheaper than most money changers I contacted today.
It was overall a great experience. They were pretty quick in handling quite handful of customers. It’s just that I was really in a hurry that I felt like they could’ve served faster. But I’m sure other times when I wasn’t in so much hurry, the experience would make me give 5 stars.
