★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rate advertised on their website is nowhere near the actual rate at the location. I checked the website on Dec. 28th 2017 which published a rate of 13,560 IDR for 1 USD, however upon arriving to the Pasar Baru location 1 hour later, the rate magically decreased 13,400 IDR. When I showed the clerk their website with their advertised rate, he shrugged his shoulders and said the rate must of changed since then, which, if one simply checks current FX rates online, is completely false. He then offered a rate of 13450 IDR for 1 USD, a practice I have never seen before at any reputable currency exchange.
TL;DR if you're keen on negotiating exchange rates, then this is the place for you. If you prefer transparency and dislike bait and switch tactics, venture elsewhere. Hope this post helps someone make an informed decision in the future.

They assume I will kit understand... But i did... And right then...the guy show me the rate 9f 13000... So be aware... I walked away from there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rate that they offer isn't bad, with friendly services. Many currencies are available. Located right on right side of Classic hotel. Parking space just so small. They open 24/7. Police officer are oftenly stand by there.
