★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mengecewakan sekali. di web tidak ada tertera penjelasan dr pihak smartcolab utk cabang yg di Lebak Bulus. pas sudah bayar ksh email konfirmasi pun tidak ada update apa2. tp pas saya dateng bermasalah, karna katanya saya trf uang sebesar 150.000 utk yg di hang jebat, bukan yg di Lebak Bulus. beda cabang beda no rekening. udah gitu saya disuruh nunggu 1 jam lebih gara2 bermasalah yg lama bgt ga tau kenapa prosesnya, udah saya nunggu lama, saya bayar kelebihan karna yg di Lebak Bulus 125.000. pertama kali sih, kecewa.
pihak Smartcolab pun ga ada konfirmasi apapun baik via email atau whatsapp setelah dilakukan transfer pembayaran.
karna ga ada konfirmasi saya wa, & pihak terkait mengiyakan jika saya bisa melakukan test swab dimana saja asal menunjukan bukti bayar. RUGI WAKTU, RUGI TENAGA & RUGI UANG. kecewa sekali bener2 kecewa!!!!
so disappointing. on the web there is no explanation from the smartcolab for the branch in Lebak Bulus. Even when I paid, the confirmation email didn't get any updates. But when I arrived there was a problem, because he said I transferred 150,000 to the one who was hanged, not the one in Lebak Bulus. different branches, different account numbers. That's it, I was told to wait more than 1 hour because of the long problem, I don't know why the process, I've been waiting a long time, I paid the excess because the one in Lebak Bulus was 125,000. First time, disappointed.
Smartcolab did not have any confirmation either via email or whatsapp after the payment transfer was made.
because I didn't have any confirmation, and the related parties agreed that I could do a swab test anywhere as long as I showed proof of payment. LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF ENERGY & LOSS OF MONEY. really disappointed really disappointed!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mendingan ke BUMAME deh... Ini Smarcolab Ga langsung connect dengan aplikasi peduli lindungi.. Tiap kali musti di ingetin atau di cek dulu.. Hasilnya udah keluar tapi ga direct connect ke aplikasi PP. Payah.
It's better to go to BUMAME... This is Smarcolab. It doesn't directly connect to the care to protect application.. Every time it has to be reminded or checked first.. The result is out but it doesn't connect directly to the PP application. bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil swab antigen saya belum ke input di PeduliLindungi, sudah 3x24 jam sejak test, dan pihak lab bilang antigen/pcr pasti diinput. Saya coba telfon gabisa, komplain di sosmed late response.
The results of my antigen swab have not been inputted at PeduliLindung, it has been 3x24 hours since the test, and the lab said that the antigen/pcr must be inputted. I tried to call, but it didn't work, I complained on social media for late response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi bersih, staff ramah dan dipinggir jalan. Cuma butuh lebih banyak penanda dari jalan raya kalau ada lokasi swab PCR/Antigen. Biar mudah terlihat.
The location is clean, the staff is friendly and on the side of the road. Just need more markers from the road if there is a PCR/Antigen swab location. Make it easy to see.
