★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ini bagus penanganannya, dokter dan staffnya juga baik dan ramah, karena kucing saya sempat dirawat, setiap hari dikasih update kondisi kucingnya. Kalo menurut saya, dokter buat anabul sama kayak dokter buat manusia, cocok-cocokan, syukurlah ada satu yang dekat rumah cocok dengan anabul saya. Nice, semoga sukses terus ya.
This place is well handled, the doctor and staff are also kind and friendly, because my cat was treated, every day I was given an update on the cat's condition. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama, grooming 2 anabul aja bisa sampai 3 jam. Padahal groomingnya tidak antri.
Anabul saya pun pulang dari sana sakit tidak mau makan dan lemas , pas diperiksa ternyata karna kuping nya luka dan bernanah. Kata dokter ini akibat kupingnya dibersihkan trlalu keras / tidak hati² dan badannya suhunya panas
The service is long, grooming 2 Anabuls can take up to 3 hours. Even though the grooming is not queuing up.
My Anabul came home from there sick, didn't want to eat and was weak, when he checked it turned out that his ear was injured and festering. The doctor said this was because his ears were cleaned too hard / not careful and his body was hot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menggo kucing domestik sy terkena virus calici,untung penangan dr Drh ny cepat staf ny jg ramah,lgsung di infus dn setelah di ranap disana menggo berangsur2 membaik dan skrg sdh pulih terimakasih smart vet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempet khawatir karena si oyen sempet sesek dan gak mau makan, setelah dirawat 3 hari alhamdulillah kondisi oyen udh jauh lebih baik. Staf dan dokter pun ramah, enak diajak konsultasi. TOP BGT ??
I was worried because the oyen was breathless and didn't want to eat, after being treated for 3 days, thank God the oyen's condition is much better. The staff and doctors are also friendly, nice to consult. TOP BGT ??
