★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a pet shop on the first floor and clinic on the 2nd floor. The staffs in the pet shop were friendly, caring and helpful as well as the doctor assistance. We met doctor Wulan she was great, careful and very clear in giving explanation especially for us as a newbie for a poodle puppy parents. The charges were make sense not pricy, appreciate the service pretty much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incompetent when it comes to treating anything that is more serious than the simple flu. Brought my cat here with a liver infection and they diagnosed a kidney problem instead. They also could not even prescribe the correct medicines for an eye infection. The doctors could not even answer the most basic questions or provide any valuable information. I am doubtful they even had any basic veterinarian training. You better look elsewhere if you want an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today's packed with groomed dogs. My dogs were 20th in line. Yet it took about 4 hours-awesome possum! They do have stylist for additional fee. I would suggest Lara's satwa Gading serpong for that. The cost of basic grooming starts with 70000 rupiah with IDR10000 increment of increase as dog's size progresses to bigger level .
We also come here for the vet-more specifically, Dr. Retno. Professional, calm, know how to connect with wife without acting superior than her clients. We come to Lara's Satwa for consult and general check up, but we have another vet in BSD who takes care of in depth medical care as needed.
Anyway: Our first vet in this branch of Lara's Satwa wasn't pleasant as she was so confident that she sounded cocky. Here's a picture of one of my dogs. Paid 80k for medium size.
I put 4* because the cleanliness isn't upt to my standard but I do recognize that they mop the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are friendly. We like the vet, because she's friendly too to our dogs. The place is a little bit crowded though with lots of stuffs. Basic grooming cost for 2 small dogs is about Rp 150.000, and it's clean.
