★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the music store is not friendly at all. No one greet me and all of the staff are busy with themselves. I asked for the price catalogue of violin to one of the staff, but he told me - meanly- that he can’t show it. In an angry tone he told me the cheapest price for the violin, as if I couldn't afford a violin. He is a middle-aged man using glasses. I will never come again or buy instruments from this shop?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really amazed n disappointed with the receptionist service, not friendly n not helpful at all. not transparant regarding tuition fee n doesn't respect student. the teacher are profesional tho. kindly improve the receptionist performance bcs it does matter in service industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good in money taking. They sold me a flute and told me, if I need service just come by and after one week I can pick up the serviced flute. After ten month I asked for Services.... but.. nothing at all. They only sell as a Yamaha seller but do not have any kind of service. I asked in the music school for lessons. But lessons are only 30 minutes but they take full price like in Bangkok where I get one hr for same amount. Additionally you have to pay a high fee to register only.
Never again. I can not recommend this shop in Gandaria.
