★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was not good at all. What makes it worse is that they didnt have a way for customers to recieve a refund or way to even give formative feedback for restaurant improvements. So if you discover a cockroach or any unsanitary situations with your food, you will only be given a "maff ya" (sorry ya) to compinsate. The situation is extremely frustrating. We went for a lunch here Sunday afternoon and ordered the usual nasi goreng and mie goreng with chocolate avacado drink. After drinking the juice about a 1/4 of a way, my wife discovered the almost completely crushed roach critter floating about in her drink. She was immediatly nausious and demanded a manager in which was not present but was greeted by an emotionless waiter who simply looked at the drink and said "we're sorry, would you like us to swap your drink?" My wife demanded that she does sonething about it in which the waiter proceeded to assure us that nothing can be done. We basically sat there in digust with a feeling of "if it happened to you, then hey tough luck and too bad." Another lady finally showed up and apologized again, this time she gave us her personal phone number in which she said, if you get sick, Solaria will cover." By that time, our appitite was gone and did not want to continue to stay there. At the end, a food business with these types of practices should seriously reconsider their business model. There is too much delicious and budget friendly food out there to spend my money in a place that does not place any concern for my health and no care for my customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly redesigned Solaria @ Gandaria City. New coat of paint but the flavor is still the same. My favorites are the Chicken Mozarella and the Chicken Cheessy with fries and a side of salad.
The main problem with Solaria in the past is their cleanliness, but with the redesigned hopefully they can maintain the level of hygiene and cleanliness.

but...in Solaria GanCit..quite disappointed...
The cashier is very careless...order warm lemonade and bihun goreng ayam..but the cashier writes different...so came to me ice lemonade and" nasi goreng ayam"...so careless for a front line staff carry customer order...and off course you can not cancel the receipt...haha
Never happened with other Solaria...never have to check the receipt...so unsatisfied lunch...since o chose bihun because my gastric pains...
I just assume nothing weird happened with the ingredient
Eat here if no other alternatives

Very crowded when my last visit.
Service is ok??, nice hospitality.
Located in the shopping mall. No issue for parking.
Payment : cash & card.
