★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru mau surat terima kunci rumah cluster, sudah banyak bocor dan langsung membayar ipl air padahal belum ditinggali. Semua CS gamau bertanggung jawab dan melempar sampai saya sudah datang 10 kali dan mendatangi 8 meja CS yang berbeda untuk meminta pertanggung jawaban. Manager ci CC sinarmasland juga tidak mau bertemu kedua kali seolah" kabur dari masalah, tidak profesional sama sekali. Hingga akhirnya rumah tidak dibetulkan sama sekali dan pembayaran uang ipl air direfund setelah saya menunggu kurang lebih 10 bulan
 Just wanted to receive a letter to receive the cluster house key, it had leaked a lot and immediately paid IPL for water even though it was not yet occupied. All CS refuse to take responsibility and throw until I have come 10 times and went to 8 different CS tables to ask for an answer. Manager ci CC Sinarmasland also didn't want to meet a second time as if running away from the problem, not professional at all. Until finally the house was not repaired at all and the IPL water payment was refunded after I waited for about 10 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau Izin Renovasi malah diperlambat dan dipersusah,,,
Udah kasih beberapa kali gambar malah ga pernah sampai.
Untung ada marketing yg jual rumah bantu, diteruskan ke township, tapi ga semulus perkiraan, harus revisi gambar sampai 2 kali,,,,
Sudah 2 bulan lebih, izin renov masih dalam proses.
Dari beberapa komentar dibawah ternyata ga jauh beda keluhan yang ingin saya sampaikan.
Pelayanan dan kinerja staffnya kurang maksimal.
Tolong untuk hal2 seperti ini lebih diperhatikan lagi, agar kami customer benar2 bisa menjadi bagian keluarga dalam lingkaran Sinarmas Land.
Want a Renovation Permit instead to be slowed down and made difficult,,,
I've given several pictures and they never arrived.
Luckily there is a marketing that sells houses to help, forwarded to the township, but not as smooth as expected, had to revise the drawing up to 2 times,,,,
It's been more than 2 months, the renovation permit is still in process.
From some of the comments below, it turns out that the complaints I want to convey are not much different.
Service and staff performance is not optimal.
Please pay more attention to things like this, so that we customers can truly be part of the family in Sinarmas Land's circle.
