The services available at this place are very helpful for Telkomsel service users, the place is quite spacious, clean and the officers are quite good at serving the needs of its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definitely one of the best Grapari i've been to in my life. from my first phone in elementary school until my phone today in my working age, i always use telkomsel.
the place was really nice and clean. the staffs were really friendly. my mom went to the bathroom and she said the bathroom was also clean which is nice.
i didn't wait for long, maybe around 10-15 minutes, one of the staff came to me and lead me to her station. I was having trouble with my sim card, she listened to my problems very well and resolved my issue in 5 minutes! i was so amazed by her ability! I even asked unimportant questions and she answered them so politely. nicely done.
i am 100% satisfied and will definitely be coming back here. well, not with more problems i hope..

I had come to the office twice because of the staff mistaken. 1st visited the staff said waiting for 24 hours, the call center is not working and asking me come to the office, then i came again they said same thing, WAITING FOR 24 HOURS. If my phone number not important and urge for me
I will not wasting my time go to the office, TWICE. But until now, my number still can't work. If you can't fix my number, you should tell me in the beginning. Don't make your client waiting for nothing. You should tell me if it is not 24 hours processing. Thank you for such a bad service and experience
