★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lengkap & bisa diantar ke rumah. Kalau langgana malah boleh bayar di rumah wkwk. Yg ngasih review jelek belum ngerasain murah & mudahnya langganan di sini. Kalau barang kosong bisa pesan dulu. Intinya komunikasi yg baik aja, toko rame tapi tetep dilayani dg baik kok sesuai antrian. Mau lebih ramah, cepat & personal? Ke mall elektronik aja kak. Ini tempat kulakan emang ga didesain buat hospitality, yg penting cepet & cuan wkwk.
 Complete & can be delivered to the house. If you subscribe, you can even pay at home. Those who give bad reviews don't feel that it's cheap & easy to subscribe here. If the item is empty, you can order first. The point is good communication, the shop is busy but still served well according to the queue. Want to be more friendly, fast & personal? Just go to the electronics mall, bro. This is a wholesale place not designed for hospitality, the important thing is that it's fast and cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ketiga kalinya saya kena zonk di toko ini via Shopee dan Tokped. Agustus 2021 saya order magic com Mito via shopee dan bilangnya ready, ditunggu ga dikirim-kirim. Lalu ngabarin kalau barangnya ga ada, malah nawarin barang lain yg harga dan speknya aja beda. Pas diajukan refund ga balas chat padahal online, saya harus nunggu pembatalan otomatis dari shopee. Dan hari ini saya order kipas angin via Tokped juga bilangnya ready, ditunggu berjam-jam setelah saya bayar juga ga dikirim padahal via gosend. Tiba-tiba ngabarin dengan nawarin diganti item lainnya aja, persis kejadian dulu. Dan pas saya batalkan ajukan refund tidak respon padahal juga online, baru respon setelah saya telpon ke nomer toko. Itu juga pegawainya bilang tidak tahu kalau untuk orderan tokped karena bukan dia yang mengurusi.
The third time I got zoned at this store via Shopee and Tokped. August 2021 I ordered a magic com Mito via shopee and it said it was ready, waiting for it to not be sent. Then tell me if the item is not available, instead offer other items with different prices and specs. When a refund was requested, I didn't reply to the chat even though it was online, I had to wait for an automatic cancellation from shopee. And today I ordered a fan via Tokped and it said it was ready, I waited for hours after I paid it and it wasn't delivered even though it was via Gosend. All of a sudden, I told him by offering to replace it with another item, exactly what happened before. And when I canceled the refund request, there was no response even though it was online, I only responded after I called the store number. That's also the employee said he didn't know about tokped orders because he wasn't the one in charge.
