During practicing yoga with simply harmony, there are lots of positive things that change physically and mentally, especially in body posture. Here I continue to be guided to train physically with ideal posture. Practicing yoga is also one of the mind refreshing activities in the midst of daily activities, especially because it is guided and accompanied by very friendly and caring instructors.
