Salah satu makanan favorit. Lokasi di sepanjang area yg menyediakan berbagai makanan. Setiap kesini jarang antri. Pelahanan ramah Seringny repeat order yg sambal mercon. Dari segi kualitas ikan ya relatif oke

Restoran lama .. Kalau lagi ada promo .. jgn di satuin tempat ambil pesananya .. Bedain mana yang beli lasung mana yg buat drivet online.

Kesini jam 5 sore, antri 30 menit karena masih proses goreng. Liwetnya okelah, walaupun ada menu matah dan mercon tapi gak terlalu pedes buat saya yang suka pedes, hehe. Harga bersahabat.

Ikannya pakai dori digoreng tepung, ok lah. Nasinya yg asik menurut gua, wangi. Sambalnya jg ok.

? ngikan saus oseng mercon IDR: 19.000 . ikan filletnya pakai ikan nila gitu dan ada sambel mercon di atasnya. sambelnya ga terlalu pedes, rempahnya juga berasa, dan tepungnya juga gak terlalu tebel jadi enak. nasinya juga pakai nasi liwet gitu. nasinya wangi dan seporsi mengenyangkan.
Ikan ngir oseng mercon sauce IDR: 19,000. the fillet fish uses tilapia and there is a conch sauce on top. the sauce isn't too spicy, the spices taste too, and the flour isn't too thick so it tastes good. the rice also uses liwet rice. the rice is fragrant and a serving is filling.

Yang bikin enak sih emang sambelnya. Nagih banget. Buat ikan gorengnya biasa aja. Nasinya semacam liwet gitu, tapi terlalu blenyek. Berkali-kali beli selalu blenyek datengnya.

- Lokasi : strategis, pinggir jalan dan di kawasan kuliner. - Pelayanan : Cepat dan kebetulan ke sini gak ngantri. - Makanan : * Penyajiannya kurang menarik, karena waktu itu beli 2 paket tepung ikan nya beda (1 agak pucat dan ada yg kurang mateng tepungnya) * Rasa untuk ikan nya kurang flavour, ketutup dengan rasa nasi liwet dan sambelnya. Sambel matah nya kurang oke agak asin, khas sambal matah nya hilang karena look nya bukan sambel matah dan mungkin sambelnya digoreng lagi jadi rasa khas yg seharusnya dari sambel matah nya hilang. Sambel Mercon better sih dari sambel matah, dan lebih pedes. Nasi liwet nya agak lembek dan masih ada daun salam yg agak mengganggu secara tampilan. * Kemasan oke - Harga : Relatif standar, mungkin bisa diturunin sedikit. Maybe 15-17k Saran : - Sebaiknya pemilihan ikan nya diganti kalau konsepnya mau tetap pakai tepung crispy begitu, karena rasa ikan nya ketutup kurang flavour sementara ini kan yg mau ditonjolkan adalah ikannya. Atau kalau mau tetap pakai ikan itu, tepungnya jangan dibuat keriting seperti fried chicken gitu. Atau kalau mau tetap konsep crispy dan pemilihan ikan nya seperti itu, nasi nya diganti nasi putih biasa jangan nasi liwet karena nasi liwetnya sangat kaya rasa jadi rasa ikan nya ketutup. Atau kalau mau pakai nasi liwet, sebaiknya jangan pakai santan. - Tepung crispy nya tolong dicek sebelum dijual karena masih ada yg kurang mateng dan looknya beda2. Entah yang masaknya buru2 atau bagaimana tapi intinya tolong dicek lagi seperti apa standar produk yg akan dijual. - Sambel matah sebaiknya jangan digoreng lagi karena khas sambel matahnya hilang dan look nya seperti sambel goreng bukan sambel matah.
