★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat fitness terdekat dari CBD. Harga registrasinya 150k IDR untuk member baru. Bayarnya tiap awal bulan. Klo regis di akhir bulan harganya disesuaikan. Alat-alatnya lumayan lengkap cuma agak kurang terawat. Gedungnya gak luas cuma ada 3 lantai. Lantai 3 sepertinya untuk kegiatan aerobik. Pengunjungnya juga gak ramai jadinya gak berebut pakai alatnya. Pegawainya ramah-ramah. Mereka juga jual suplemen buat langsung diminum. Ada musholahnya juga.
The closest fitness center from the CBD. The registration price is 150k IDR for new members. Pay every month. If regis at the end of the month the price is adjusted. The tools are quite complete just a little poorly maintained. The building is not wide, there are only 3 floors. 3rd floor seems to be for aerobic activities. The visitors are also not crowded, so they don't fight over using the tools. Friendly staff. They also sell supplements to drink immediately. There are mushrooms too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even tho it's a small gym in two stories, but it's a good place to have workout rather than not at all. 150 k per month membership (Nov 2020), that's why it doesn't have any classes or trainers and along the pandemic, only 5 people in max allowed having workout inside. Open from 8 am to 11 pm (Monday - Friday), 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday, and closed on red dates. Tho it doesn't have a sauna, but it has a clean shower room to take a shower after having workout. A bit tricky to find this place, due to its banner faded away, you can find it across to the STMIK Antarbangsa.
