Tdi nya saya gk percaya dengan omongan orng" di sekitar saya. Ter nyata ia memang benarr BRI ini tdk seperti BRI umum nya. Baru x ini dan di BRI ini menemukan pelaynn yg sangat buruk. .dari sapam gk ada ramah" nyah. Gk ada sopan" nya. Ngomong pake nada tinggi. Cs nya.jg lelet bgt melayani nya. Tolong di perr baiki lg kinerja nya agar nasabah BRi ttp nyamn dengan pelaynn nya.???

Tukang parkir ghoib jam 6 sore dtng, bank uda tutup, saya ke atm, tiba pulang di tagih uang parkir, gak tau dr mana, goib aja, baju tukang parking bebas bukan baju dinas pengelola cbd, bisa jadi pereman setempat, tp security bank pun tidak melarang, security bank bri sama halnya jg ikut bermain, tolong manager di tindak

Lokasinya strategis, ruanganya bersih dingin nyaman, dan pelayanannya teller cs nya pun cukup baik ramah, serta untuk atm centernya pun sudah tersedia mesin setor tunai dan tarik tunai??

Saya mengajukan kur lama proses nya, padahal saya sudah melengkapi dokumen & persyaratan. Kasihan yg mengajukan kur tidak diacc cuma php doank. mending dihapus aja kur nya dari bank.
I submitted the length of the process, even though I had completed the documents & requirements. It's a pity that those who submitted the credit card were not accepted, only php. it's better to just delete the kur from the bank.

Baru kali ini nemu bank pelayanannya super buruk, Supervisor yg sangat tidak beretika, berani menunjuk muka nasabah. Dan tdk memberi solusi apa2. Cape deh.
This is the first time I found a bank, the service is super bad, Supervisors who are very unethical, dare to point at customers' faces. And it doesn't provide any solution. Tired of.

Dr jam 10 kurang sampai 11.30 belum jg d panggil (antrian CS). Lamaa banget satu customer bs 15-30 menit/pelayanan, CS sempat ninggalin tempat lebih dr 15 menit. Hy tersedia 2 CS..kurang wahai BRI (manaj donk tuk CS yg pegang sesuatu yg perlu pelayanan lama dg yg pelayanan simple..bedakan). Biar ga kelamaan bgt, apalagi BRI tuh kebanyakan nasabahnya lansia/pensiunan.. Menyebalkan bgt lihatny.. Masa ga mau bersaing dg bank β€˜biru’ lainnya pelayanannya..paaaraaah bgt! Tp info dr ortu, d daerah/KCP lain malah ga gini..ini KCP ciledug CBD paraah pokokny!!
Dr. 10 less until 11.30 have not been called (the CS queue). It took a long time for one customer to get 15-30 minutes/service, CS had to leave the place for more than 15 minutes. There are 2 CS available.. not enough, O BRI (manaj please for CS who hold something that needs old service with simple service.. be different). So that it doesn't take too long, especially since BRI has most of its customers are elderly/retirees. It sucks to see it.. You don't want to compete with other 'blue' banks for their services.. how good! But the info from parents, in other regions/KCPs, it's not even like this... this KCP Ciledug CBD is really bad!!

Semenjak covid ke bank jadi lebih ribet.. Antriannya full jadi sering kali gak dapat antrian karena katanya sdh full tapi orangnya pada gak ada ditempat.. Securitynya cukup ramah. Ada juga baiknya klo cuma mau print buku atau hal hal yang gak perlu ngantri bisa dikerjakan atau dibantu oleh satpam jd gak numpuk
Since covid, going to the bank has become more complicated.. The queue is full so you often can't queue because it says it's full but the person isn't there.. The security is quite friendly. It's also good if you just want to print books or things that don't need to be queued up can be done or assisted by security guards so they don't pile up
