★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this hospital since the location is near our house and the premise is clean.
The doctor was good, however the inpatient service was poor, for VIP class (maybe you should take VVIP for proper service?).
I had to check my own infusion, the nurses did not seem to care if it’s empty. They only checked my temperature & blood tension maximum twice a day. I brought my own thermometer from home to check myself.
The administration process for checking out took 5 hours.
The moment I asked nurse to take the infusion needle out, she said she needed to take the tools and came back after 1 hour (that too, because we called the nurse again, twice).
I overheard a nurse complaining about a patient who kept calling. Not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is quite good and the procedure is clear. Some of the doctors are expert specialist. It doesn't serve the BPJS patients. Parking at peak hours is struggle, the parking area is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service time for antigen test, I register for 9 am appointment but have to wait until 12 pm to get tested, the staff in the antigen facilities are also not really helping to speed things up. Feels like im being ignore by the staff that wait the antigen facility.
