Tried to call this hospital for covid isolation room but this Hospital never ever answer the phone. Poor services in this pandemic. Please standby answer the urgent call

the rest room is seperate from the patient room, very exhausted. no window, very unhealthy & stressful. ????

For a new hospital that was set up to care for covid-19 patients, I couldn't have received better care than here. The in-house doctors and nurses are very helpful amidst all the pandemic confusion that happens in the world. Communications is key, and patients must understand that they are entitled to get information and data on the conditions, such as Lab Results, CT scan and other data. Just need to ask for it. The medical team in my TIRZA Ward was always very helpful in providing all those information during my 17 days of hospitalization. Also need to note that the doctors and nurses are in full protective gears, including wearing 2-3 layers of latex gloves. This means that it's more difficult for them to work on patients, especially for tasks that require touch (such as looking for patients veins or arteries, IV related tasks). These difficulties are manageable when patient communicates with them and discuss to find better solution. I did this and early discomforts from the needles and IV hassles soon became very minimal. The hospital admin team was also easy to contact thru Whatsapp for any non medical questions such as billings and other administrative matters. Food from hospital catering was surprisingly good, but after 10 days I was consuming more food from outside. Food deliveries from family and friends, or from Gofood or Grabfood could easily make it up into my isolation room. Bathroom and room was always clean. I wish there was a small fridge in the room to store drinks and food. Cold citrusie drinks was actually very nice and refreshing when I still had Anosmia.

I call the number, i click 7 for Customer Service. Then the robot said, "So you're having problem? Good bye." Then the call JUST ended right away. Don't believe in me? Try it yourself. At least that's valid until 17. Sept 2021. Hope they would provide better service.

Very complicated and inconsistent procedure. Previously it was said that the antigen swab was valid for 7 days. 2 days later asked to swab again. Why just want to taking care and accompanying patient must be complicated in such a way? Really making it difficult for others doesn't make you all good! ?

the bathroom and toilet have never been cleaned since we first entered, there is no doormat, and it is better to provide a dispenser for drinking hot water, the patient's sore throat is isolated, really needs a warm drink (Bethsaida fl)

The staffs and doctors are friendly, but the registration system is problematic. I received confirmation via email for an MCU at Public Holiday (I hesitated to register at Public Holiday but the slots were opened and the registration was successful) but when I came, they tell me it was closed. Secondly, I was registered to come for USG, based on the first experience, I tried to reach them out via call and whatsapp to confirm prior coming, no reply, call not even connected. And when I came, they said I was not even registered for USG, hence the Doctor was not available :( :( :( :(
