★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orang riquest pick up gak diambil, orang kirim 2jam sebelum batas respon gak langsung discan, jadi kena omel konsumen, kena batal otomatis dari Tokopedia nya, kan bikin rugi, ganti rugi gamau!!!!heran bikin emosi aja gamau ngomel jadi kena omel kan kek orang gila ngomel-ngomel didepan orang banyak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini karyawannya suka gak pick up paket tapi di platform statusnya ditulis penjual yg belum siap pick up. Diklarifikasi, katanya cuma ada pilihan itu saja. Yang salah dimata customer jadinya penjual. Perasaan cuma SiCepat wilayah ini yg bermasalah. Paket pernah hilang juga dan ga ketemu. Kalo bisa saya mau tau Managernya siapa. Biar tau ini operasionalnya gak benar selama ini.
