 Bad,, the package did not arrive at the address and was stuck at DC Pakansari Cibinong on the 26th,, should have arrived,, instead the notification was "POINT FALL". good,, long process and now the package is lost, there is no kbr from the jnt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari jam 3 pagi kemarin sampai sekarang paket ku masih tertahan di gateway,padahal Deket pengirim dari Cibinong ke Tapos,blm lgi paket 1 lgi dari tgl 1terus aja tertahan di Tapos,apa²an ini. Knp ga di kurim² .kecewa Sy dg ekspedisi j&t.
From 3 o'clock yesterday morning until now my package is still stuck at the gateway, even though it's near the sender from Cibinong to Tapos, yet another 1 package from the 1st keeps getting stuck in Tapos, what's this. Why isn't it sent? I'm disappointed with the J&T expedition.
