★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerai SiCepat ini merupakan Gerai (Gudang) di dalam perumahan Kota Modern Modernland Tangerang. Review untuk pelayanan SiCepat secara keseluruhan, harga pengiriman murah, sering jadi partner gratis ongkir dari berbagai marketplace, bersaing dengan jasa kurir lainnya yang sudah lama ada di Indonesia maupun yang baru. Paket bisa dipickup walaupun kadang lama baru petugasnya datang, ya setidaknya jadi tidak perlu selalu bawa paket langsung ke gerai, kecuali kalau mau cepat ya. Mau drop paket di gerai pun bisa, dilayani dengan cepat, asalkan paket sudah ditempelkan label barcode resi atau minimal ditulis nomor resi yang didapat dari aplikasi marketplace. Kelemahannya kadang pengiriman tidak selalu cepat seperti namanya. 15 Hours Delivery seperti yang jadi tagline-nya kadang lewat juga padahal masih kirim dalam kota yang sama atau kota tetangga. Parahnya paket saya pernah tidak sampai-sampai ke penerima karena kebetulan penerima bertempat tinggal di daerah perbatasan Jakarta-Kota Tangerang. Alhasil dari gerai SiCepat di Jakarta maupun Tangerang saling klaim bahwa paket itu merupakan tanggung jawab gerai yang lain. Paket saya pun hanya dipindah-pindah antar gerai, setelah lebih dari seminggu akhirnya sampai juga paket saya tapi sudah dalam kondisi rusak parah dan saya kena komplain. Ya kalau lihat cara kerja karyawan SiCepat yang main banting paket customer, wajar saja ya. Soal kecepatan pickup, kecepatan antar, dan keselamatan paket dari kerusakan akibat handling yang kasar ini perlu diperbaiki kalau mau tetap bersaing. Update Okt 2021 paket yang saya kirim dari SiCepat sudah 3 kali rusak. Packing plastik berlapis, karung, kardus bisa robek. Paket yang sama dikirim oleh kurir lain seperti JNE, Anteraja, J&T, Wahana, Tiki, Ninja tidak pernah masalah.

The worst thing is that my package never reached the recipient because the recipient happened to live in the Jakarta-Tangerang border area. As a result, SiCepat outlets in Jakarta and Tangerang mutually claim that the package is the responsibility of other outlets. My package was only moved between outlets, after more than a week my package finally arrived but it was in a badly damaged condition and I got a complaint. Yes, if you look at how SiCepat's employees work with slamming customer packages, that's only natural. The problem of pickup speed, delivery speed, and package safety from damage due to rough handling needs to be improved if you want to stay competitive. Update Oct 2021, the package I sent from SiCepat has been damaged 3 times. Layered plastic packing, sacks, cardboard can be torn. The same package sent by other couriers such as JNE, Anteraja, J&T, Wahana, Tiki, Ninja has never been a problem.

Bintang 3 karena kurirnya ga jelas, barang dibawa dari pagi ujung-ujungnya kagak dianter ?
