★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga jelas banget anjing.. bqrang ga dikirim lebih dr 4 hari.. giliran ke gudang, harus nunggu 1 jam an lebih eh.. trs nerima info kalau barang diantar ke JnT drop point..
 It's not very clear the dog.. sometimes it's not delivered more than 4 days.. it's your turn to the warehouse, you have to wait 1 hour or more eh.. then received the info if the item was delivered to the JnT drop point..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari jam 10 kurang sampai jam 12 ngambil paket penuh. Gimana ceritanya ini org yg di foto itu cuman sebagian belum yg di belakangnya numpuk banget parah lebih dari 30 orang ngantri dari pagi kaga ada pelayanan baik. Terutama security malah ngopi sama ngerokok udh tau org numpuk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah bayar ongkir 126 ribu masih ngambil juga di gudang Cipondoh apa guna bayar ongkir segitu , niat engga sih bikin pelayanan jasa kirim pake di tunggu sampe 12 hari engga di Anter" stuck di gudang Mulu pada parah banget aku tau itu berat tapi kan udah di itu ongkirnya engga" lagi pake JNT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket saya hilang dan tidak diganti2. Sudah sioper2 sana sini selama berbulan2, telepon cs J&T sampe pulsa puluhan ribu juga tidak ada hasil. Tidak ada tanggung jawabnya sama sekali kurir disini

Masa semua barang yang pake jasa pengiriman jnt pasti lama datengnya dan sekarang pun masih belum dateng..
Ada yg alesan masih pengiriman ke kota tujan berhari2 masa, ada yg barang datang di check point di luar jam oprasional tapi kita yg di suruh hubungin piham jnt.. Kan situ yg kirim barang di luar jam kerja .. Kenapa kita yg di suruh ngebuhungin ?
Kecewaa parab sih, kapok lah lain kali kalau belanja online ga bakal pake lagi.. Mending pake jasa pengiriman lain lebih cepet !

There's a reason why it's still shipping to the city of destination for days, some items arrive at the check point outside of operating hours but we were told to contact piham jnt.
I'm really disappointed, I'll give up next time if I shop online I won't use it anymore.. Better to use another faster delivery service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget gak dikirim kirim paket saya. Tau tau dapet notifikasi dari shopee pengembalian dana dan keterangan paket hilang padahal udah tunggu tunggu sampai 8 hari. Dari tanggal 8 status gak berubah tau tau hilang. Untungnya 2 paket sebelumnya berahasil sampai, walau harus menunggu salah satu paket yang berhasil dalam waktu 7 hari. Sebelum pindah rumah pas masih dirumah lama biasanya kalau pakai JNT tidak pernah ada masalah. Kenapa di DC ini lumayan lama ya huhuhu. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi ya

Di samperin ke gudang nya nunggu dr jam 11 siang sampe jam 5 sore barang masih ktemu.3 paket sekaligus 1 pun tidak ketemu.
