Jasa pengiriman . Tiba2 sampai di lempar cuma karna saya agak lama keluar karna proses turun ke bawah aja kurir gak sabaran alhasil pecah minta ganti gak bs .. skrg pesan brg dri shopee. 3 hari cuma dari taman Surya palem ke Dadap 3 hari !!!!! Udah gtu paket udh di Dadap dekat sekali dri rumah saya di villa taman bandara gilee gak nyampe2 jg sampai skrg .. TERBURUK BURUK SEKALI ¡!!!!!!! KAPOK GAK AKAN SAYA MENGGUNAKAN JASA PENGIRIMAN INI LAGI !!

Delivery service . Suddenly I got tossed just because I was out for a while because the process of getting down to the bottom, the courier was impatient as a result he broke asking for a replacement or not ... now order from Shopee. 3 days only from Surya Palm Park to Dadap 3 days !!!!! Already, the package is already in Dadap, very close from my house in the garden villa, Gilee airport, it hasn't arrived until now .. WORST BAD ONCE ¡!!!!!!! KAPOK I WILL NOT USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE AGAIN !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurirnya tidak mau pick up,padahal itukan kerjaan/tugas mereka mungkin mereka udah bosan kali jadi kurir,padahal penjual tidak memutuskan untuk datang ke gerai,nanti kalo costumer tidak menggunakan jasa sigesit mereka dapat uang darimana.
The courier doesn't want to pick up, even though it's their job / job maybe they're already bored being couriers, even though the seller doesn't decide to come to the outlet, later if the customer doesn't use a fast service, where do they get money.

Just hurry up with your name, but it's been a long time coming... already close to dadap but not arriving... the courier is lazy like you... not like other expeditions... don't want to use xpedisi anymore, this is enough...

When you are lazy you can't pay the courier? How come there is no person who picks up the writing failed to pick up because the item is not ready. Crazy! If you can't give it a good service, it's better if you don't have to open an expedition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya minta jemput orderan barang konsumen saya alias pick up barang dari jam 17.44 pas saya di cek atau lacak keterangan di tokopedia saya ada notifikasi PAKET GAGAL DI PICK UP OLEH SIGESIT (MR X) ket. Paket belum siap diPick up . Kurir akan melakukan pick up besok pastikan barang siap. Itu di jam 18.47.
Padahal barang udah siap dari pas request pick up, saya nunggu daritadi juga gak ada kurir paket yg kerumah. Hal yg kaya gini udah sering saya alami, sampai² saya dinasehati oleh konsumen saya.
Saya sampai suruh keponakan saya untuk antar langsung ke Gerai Sicepat nya, karena kalo nunggu besok lama dan saya pun besok kerja ndak ada dirumah.
Mohon untuk lebih profesional lagi, karena penilaian konsumen bagus tidaknya itu tergantung kinerja daripada para kurir yg dipekerjakan.
I asked to pick up my consumer goods orders aka pick up goods from 17.44 when I checked or tracked the information on my Tokopedia there was a notification PACKAGE FAILED IN PICK UP BY SIGESIT (MR X) note. Package is not ready to be Picked up. Courier will pick up tomorrow make sure the goods are ready. That's at 6:47 p.m.
Even though the goods were ready from the time I requested a pick up, I was waiting for the package before there was also no courier at home. Things like this have often happened to me, until I was advised by my customers.
I even ordered my nephew to deliver directly to the Sicepat outlet, because if I waited for tomorrow it would be a long time and I wouldn't be at work tomorrow.
Please be more professional, because the consumer's assessment is good or not, it depends on the performance of the couriers employed.
