Dan perhatikan setiapkali pembayaran dng uang 50rb atau 100rb pasti akan di tilep uang nya sdh kejadian 2x, untuk itu hati2 kalau mau pakai jasa jne yg di dadap city ini. Harap di cek kembali ketika minta kembalian uang. Jng smpe jd korban.

It's been open for a long time.. every time you wait at 10 until the middle of the hour it just opens. .. it's a shame it's only here, the closest one, if anyone else doesn't want to send it here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawan tidak informatif. hati2 deh yg kirim dari market place pake cashless gitu sering-sering cek sendiri aja. Paket saya sebesar kardus ind*mie aja kena biaya volumetrik tidak ada diinfokan sama sekali. ongkir dari 400rb jadi kena 1,5jt masa gak diinfo dulu. Waktu kirim juga diem-diem aja terima paket. biasanya JNE kena biaya hitung volumetrik 10rb aja tuh pasti info dulu. ini jumlahnya besar gaada info pula. please perbaikin komunikasi sm customer tuh penting bgt loh. kalau sudah begini customer cuman dapet rugi. niat jualan malah jd donasi.

My package is as big as ind * cardboard noodles, which is subject to volumetric fees, there is no information at all. Postage from 400 thousand, so it hit 1.5 million, I didn't inform you first. When you send it, just keep it safe and receive the package. Usually JNE is charged a 10 thousand volumetric counting fee, for sure the info first. this is a large number there is no info either. please improve communication to the customer, it's really important. if you have this, the customer only gets a loss. the intention to sell is instead a donation.
