★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak profesional, bilang aja MALAS akhirnya bikin aturan sendiri. Jelas-jelas barang yang saya mau kirim tidak melanggar SOP. Tapi ditolak dengan alasan volume besar. Padahal volume besar tidak ada di SOP perusahaan dan tidak melebihi berat maksimal. Juga bukan barang terlarang, tidak berbahaya, tidak mudah terbakar atau meledak, bukan tanaman atau hewan. Kalau ada lebih dari 1 gerai yang modelnya kaya gini, bisa-bisa tidak akan berkembang dan maju perusahaan sicepat dan kalah dengan kompetitor yang lain karna ulah oknum karyawannya sendiri.

Whereas large volume is not in the company's SOP and does not exceed the maximum weight. Nor is it a prohibited item, it is not dangerous, it is not flammable or explosive, it is not a plant or animal. If there is more than 1 outlet with a model like this, the company will probably not develop and progress quickly and lose to other competitors because of the actions of its own employees.
