The pick-up staff doesn't care if the 'Fragile' item is slammed or dropped. Kapok seeing how it works is risky. Better to choose another courier service. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebiasaan kalau uda di si cepat bandengan, barang bisa 3-4 kali kirim ulang, padahal ini ada security 24 jam tp laporan nya ga ada orang di rumah, kalo ga mau kerja lg resign aja ga usa nyusahin customer
Yang kasi review bintang 5 itu kalo bukan yg punya cabang bandengan, ya pegawai nya.
Uda jelas semua comment negative nya sama kasusnya LELET, selalu dipulangin lagi.
The habit is that if you get caught quickly, goods can be resend 3-4 times, even though there is 24-hour security but the report is that no one is home, if you don't want to work anymore, just resign, don't bother the customer
If you don't have a bandengan branch, the one who gives a 5-star review is the employee.
It's clear that all the negative comments are the same as the LELET case, they are always sent home again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perbaiki kualitas SDM nya terutama front liner nya. Staff nya apa tidak diberi pelatihan/training handling customer ya? Kalau pun lagi istirahat pelayanan (lagi break buka puasa) ketika ada customer drop barang setidaknya ada satu dari kalian samperin customer bicara secara professional. Bukan dengan cara pura-pura tidak melihat ada orang mau drop barang & bicara dari dalam dengan cara yang tidak beretika (ketus & buang muka). Semua orang kalau diarahkan dengan baik dan ada komunikasi yang baik, pasti mengerti.
Jangan sampai perusahaan kena dampak buruk karena kualitas SDM nya jelek.
Improve the quality of human resources, especially the front liner. Have the staff not been given customer handling training? Even if you are taking a service break (again breaking your fast) when a customer drops an item, at least one of you will let the customer talk professionally. Not by pretending not to see that someone wants to drop things & talk from the inside in an unethical way (retort & look away). Everyone, if directed properly and there is good communication, will understand.
Don't let the company be adversely affected because the quality of its human resources is bad.
