★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah ya baru kali ini kesel sama J&T bukan karna pengiriman atau apa, MBAK2NYA JUTEK BANGET. Songong2 semua. Saya gajadi taro barang disini, langsung saya kesebelah (sicepat). Cari karyawan lain aja, masih banyak orang yg mau kerja dengan attitude nya lebih bagus. Kasian owner yg punya ni cabang.
 I swear, this is the first time I'm upset with J&T, not because of the delivery or anything, it's really JUTEK. Songong2 all. I didn't buy stuff here, I immediately went to the side (fast). Just look for other employees, there are still many people who want to work with a better attitude. Poor owner who has this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pertama kali kirim paket kesini, ditolak karena hal ga jelas dan banyak syrat nya, tapi ujung2 nya ditolak suruh ke J&T lain udah gitu karyawan perempuan yg jaga jutek banget, ga ngasih saran apapun. mending ke tempat sebelah nya deh. cukup 1x kali kesini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawan nya sering menolak drop dengan berbagai alasan, apalagi jika oake yang mau di drop banyak, pada tanggal 10 mei 2021 pukul 16.45. Paket saya sekitar 30 barang di tolak dengan alasan harus di bubble luar nya 1 per 1, padahal packing sgt sangat rapi, akhirnya saya ke j&t pluit dan dilayani dengan baik
Employees often refuse to drop for various reasons, especially if a lot of oake wants to drop, on May 10, 2021 at 4:45 p.m. My package of about 30 items was rejected on the grounds that they had to bubble outside 1 by 1, even though the packing was very neat, finally I went to J&T Pluit and was served well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parahh bangettt!!!! Karyawan gak niat kerja. Pada males malesan. Mau kirim barang di persulit. Harus ini itu. Udah di turutin eh masih di tolak. Emang gak ada mutu karyawannya. Jnt lain pada bagus bagus. Disitu doang yang paling parah pelayanannya. Pecatin aja mending. Karyawan gak berguna semua. Gak ada mutunya. Karyawannya pada males malesan.
Really bad !!!! Employees have no intention of working. Lazy lazy. Want to send goods in difficult. This must be it. Already followed, eh, still rejected. There is no quality of employees. Another jnt on the good good deal. There is only the worst service. Just crack it better. All employees are useless. There is no quality. Employees are lazy to be lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaya tai, 3 hari barang tinggal kirim ke tempat gua susah bgt ga nyampe nyampe, status yg ngirim dioper oper beda beda, petugasnya tengil berasa yg punya usaha, nyesel gua make jasa J&T
It's like tai, for 3 days, the goods just need to be sent to my place, it's really hard not to arrive, the status of the sender is different, the staff is cranky and feels like they have a business, I regret using J&T services
