Biasakan kurir itu sebelum pengiriman tolong bangett dah toloong, hubungi WA yg dituju dong
Berkali-kali loh saya harus ajukan banding ke shopee atas pengiriman yang statusnya diterima padahal saya belum menerima apa2
Kalo kayak gini kan jadi terhambat mau ngapa2in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat sangat buruk... Alamat sudah di tulis lengkap + no. Tlpn tapi paket tidak sampai di alamat tujuan malah paket di letakan di depan rumah orang lain tanpa di terima/ tampa tangan kalau memang nda mau ngantar tolong bsa menghubungi jangan asal gletak paket...
Very very bad... Address has been written in full + no. Called but the package did not arrive at the destination address, instead the package was placed in front of someone else's house without being received / hand-to-hand if you really don't want to deliver, please contact, don't just leave the package...

Dengan di berikanya ulasan dan rating yg sangat buruk,seharusanya Shopee Express bisa lebih baik lagi dong,lebih di tingkatkan kinerjanya,jgn seperti itu-itu terus
Saya sendiri ada beberapa orderan yg menggunakan jasa kirim Shopee Express dan sudah berhari hari tidak jalan.Makanya saya memberikan ulasan dan rating yg sama dgn pelanggan lain.Karna saya sangat kecewa pesanan saya gk nyampe nyampe,mana pesana orang lagi.
Perbaiki lagi dong kinerjanya,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woii barang saya pesan HP belum sampe kerumah. Info nya malah sudah diterima. Yg nerima siapa? Saya gk kenal. Kalo memang kurir gak mau ngirim tolong di ambil lagi barang nya . Letakkan di gudang biar saya ambil sendiri. Kalau tidak kembalikan saja uang saya.
