Saya sebagai penerima paket, ingin menanyakan perihal status pengiriman JNE Trucking dengan nomor resi: TJC0087848825456 paket berisi head unit mobil. Dalam keterangan diwebsite JNE, tertera “Rumah Kosong”. Perlu diketahui, alamat saya merupakan rumah kost yg dimana 1x24 jam terdapat penjaga kost. Tidak mungkin kosong dan tidak ada orang.
Apakah kurir JNE tidak profesional dengan tidak mengantarkan paket secara sengaja? Dan menginput keterangan “Rumah Kosong” agar terkesan kurir melakukan pengantaran?
Diketerangan paket pun tertera nomor handphone penerima, bukan suatu alasan apabila kurir tidak mengonfirmasi.
Ini hanya soal profesionalitas kurir JNE!
Mohon agar diperbaiki, karena JNE tidak mungkin dalam sehari tidak mendapatkan komplain dari pelanggan/konsumen.

As the recipient of the package, I would like to inquire about the delivery status of JNE Trucking with the receipt number: TJC0087848825456 the package contains the car head unit. In the statement on the JNE website, it says "Empty House". Please note, my address is a boarding house where 1x24 hours there is a boarding house guard. It cannot be empty and there are no people.
Are JNE couriers unprofessional by not delivering packages on purpose? And input the information "Empty House" so that it seems the courier delivers the delivery?
The information on the package also shows the recipient's cellphone number, not an excuse if the courier does not confirm.
It's just a matter of professional JNE couriers!
Please fix it, because JNE may not get complaints from customers / consumers in a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rumah saya di pelosok, bahkan di google maps pun keliatan kecil karena cuma kefoto dari jauh. kemarin uji coba apakah kurir jne mau nganterin paket saya dengan jarak dari kantor agen ke rumah saya yang jauh banget. tapi alhamdulillah barang sampai dengan selamat dan kondisinya utuh. sebenernya saya udah cantumin pesan kalau saya bakal ada beberapa kiriman paket dan minta tolong untuk nganterin paketnya sekali aja, tapi kurirnya mau bolak balik karena semua paket saya datangnya di hari yang berbeda. salut banget sama kurir jne nya. semoga kerjanya jadi ibadah dan berkah ya. aamiin. terima kasih jne :)
my house is in remote areas, even on google maps it looks small because it is only taking photos from afar. yesterday tested whether jne courier wanted to deliver my package a distance from the agent office to my house which is very far away. but thank God the goods arrived safely and in intact condition. actually I have already listed the message that I will have several packages and asked to send the packages just once, but the courier wants to go back and forth because all my packages come on different days. really salute the jne courier. I hope the work will become worship and a blessing. aamiin. thank you jne :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengiriman ke banjarmasin Utara cuma seminggu lewat JTR,bagus lah pelayanan ditempat ramah,cuma pas nyampe kardus nya penyok karena dijalan untung barang didalam ny gkpp?pertahankan?
Delivery to North Banjarmasin is only a week via JTR, the service is good at a friendly place, only when it arrives the box is dented because the road is lucky, the goods inside are not good ? keep it up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Btw tempat ini sudah bukan lagi untuk pengambilan untuk wilayah cirebon timur yah. Tempat ini hanya fokus untuk pengiriman. Sedangkan gudang JNE Cirebon Timur pindah ke karang wareng.
Btw, this place is no longer for pick up for the East Cirebon area. This place only focus on delivery. Meanwhile, the East Cirebon JNE warehouse moved to Karang Wareng.
