Overall for good service. Wash here how many times it is always clean, even though it can take a week - 2 weeks, it is natural because there are so many who wash there

My suede shoes are even more plastic, even better washed by yourself. The stitches also become somewhat unraveled. I complained, instead it was reprimanded with my sister

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this place just bcs near from my previous dorm. And there was promotion 1 free 1 (for the highest cleaning standard). But their service and management is very bad. Especially when they got too many orders.
My shoes are still missing since May 2019 (now already July 2019) they still haven't figured out where was it!!!
But I think only this branch is a mess. I Used to clean my shoes at this brand shoes and care at Jogja and they're all doing okay.
Even the staff at this branch said that they will text us whenever my shoes has done cleaning. But they never did... Even u texted them first they didn't read... Bad service, inconsistent statement. Total disapointment.
Management should do thorough inspection on every Branch to make sure quality standard is the same under the same brand. Not like this...
Bad luck, don't go here during promotion/long holiday bcs they don't do diligence in order list.
