1. overpriced (hasil dan estimasi selesai ga pas. pilih yg deep clean katanya cuma seminggu, minggu ke 2 masih belum selesai)
2. susah dihubungi (rada excuse mulu jawabnyee. selalu sedang tidak di toko. sloooowww respon)
3. pelayanan sepertinya tidak ikhlas. tali sepatu yg dikasih gatau punya siapa, kepanjangan sepatu saya jadi keliatan alay ? sepatunya juga ga keliatan abis deep clean dah gitu ada yg rusak.
ya intinya kecewa dah hahaha

1. overpriced (results and estimation of completion do not match. Choose the deep clean one, it says only a week, the 2nd week is still not finished)
2. difficult to contact (a bit of an excuse to answer. always not in the store. slow response)
3. the service does not seem sincere. I don't know who the shoelaces were given, I don't know who the shoes are, my shoes are so long they look ridiculous the shoes don't look like they've been cleaned after a deep clean, so something is broken.
yes basically disappointed hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry utk mgkin pertama kali tulis review kecewa kayak gini. Coba cuci sepatu yg ketiga kalinya dgn bahan sepatu yg berbeda2. semuanya mengecewakan. Treatment repaint adidas nmd n wakai jg ngecewain, selain hasilnya yang mengecewakan, pelayanannya juga mengecewakan. Apalagi waktu repaint sepatu nmd itu sampe 2 bulanan lebih pas dtg hasilnya ga bagus. Skrg yg onitsuka juga hasilnya mengecewakan. itu kulit jadi kering kerontang gitu. Keriput2. Mgkin temen2 ada recommend cuci sepatu yg bagus? Boleh dong infoin ke aku. Thanks
Sorry for maybe first writing a disappointed review like this. Try washing your shoes the third time with different shoe materials. everything is disappointing. The repaint treatment of adidas nmd and use was also disappointing, besides the disappointing results, the service was also disappointing. Moreover, when repainting the nmd shoes until 2 months, the results were better. Now onitsuka also disappointing results. the skin becomes dry and dry. Wrinkles. Maybe there are friends recommend washing a good shoe? Can you give me an infoin? Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan. Sepatu saya baru balik setelah nunggu 3 bulan (dari estimasi 1 bulan). Itupun setelah dikomplain berkali-kali. Sepatunya juga sama aja, setelah dibenerin malah copot bagian sol bawahnya. Saran saya buat shoe and care, ga usah terima lagi repair sepatu kalau memang ga bisa provide service yg sesuai. Setelah saya komplain, staffnya juga hanya ngomong memang udah sering kejadian yg repair sepatu waktunya lebih lama dari estimasinya. Ya terus?? Terus gaada improvement gitu?! Mau biarin customer nunggu terus?
Very disappointing service. My shoes just came back after waiting 3 months (from an estimated 1 month). Even then, after complaining many times. The shoes are the same, after repairing the bottom sole, the bottom sole comes off. My advice for shoe and care, don't accept shoe repair if you can't provide the right service. After I complained, the staff also only said that there have often been incidents where shoe repair takes longer than estimated. Yes continue?? Then there is no improvement like that?! Want to keep the customer waiting?

1. The price is too expensive. If you want cheaper, try other shoe-wash place.
2. The waiting list is too damn long. It took 3 weeks for my shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for not so clean shoe-wash place (even dirtier tbh..), stinky or no perfume, long time to finish the stuff (estimated for 2 weeks and even a month) for only a pair of sneakers, and charge you with expensive rate (mine was 150k). The contact person not even as responsive as you would think. This is your place bud. Enjoy the services! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At least I still have my shoes back, after 6 months! They said they will contact me after the unyellowing process done. The fact? They never did! And I find it too hard to contact them and the store often closed. By the time my phone finally got answered, they ask for extra charge! No way! Guess what?? My shoes still dirty, the sole still yellow and I even lose my original shoe laces. They randomly pick someone else's that way more shorter than my gladiator sneaker. I wished I never deal with this unprofessional store. Because they just don't CARE!!!
