Add Kronologi:
1. Saya masukin orderan cleaning 2 sepatu ando dan Nike Lebron 16 di shoe mo senayan tanggal 27 Januari 2021 (terlampir SS konfirmasi dr shoe mo via SMS), info karyawan selesai 4-5 hari dari tanggal masuk.
2. Saya dapet konfirmasi sepatu selesai tanggal 15 Februari 2021 (terlampir SS konfirmasi slse), kurang lebih tgl 17 Februari 2021 saya datang ke store senayan dan ternyata hanya sepatu ando yg selesai, Nike Lebron 16 saya baru slse 1, sebelahnya lagi masih belum diapa2in (saya bingung gimana cara kerjanya kenapa cm 1 yg slse satunya belom sama sekali), saya masih sabar, saya kasi kesempatan sampe sabtu tanggal 20 Februari 2021 siang jam 12.00 karena hari itu jam 15.00 sepatu mau saya pake main basket, karyawan saat itu menyanggupi.
3. Tanggal 20, sekitar jam 1300, saya ambil ke stand shoe mo senayan sesuai kesanggupan karyawan shoe mo, dan ternyata sepatu saya masih basah doong. Saya apresiasi abangnya berusaha mengeringkan selama beberapa menit, tp ttp saja masih bau gak sedap kl dipaksain dipake. Untung saya ada sepatu cadangan, jadi masih bs basket.
Point kekecewaan saya seperti yg saya posting di awal.

Add Chronology:
1. I entered a cleaning order for 2 Ando shoes and Nike Lebron 16 at Mo Senayan shoe on January 27, 2021 (attached to the SS confirmation from Shoe Mo via SMS), employee info was completed 4-5 days from the date of entry.
2. I got confirmation of shoes finished on February 15, 2021 (attached SS confirmation slse), approximately February 17, 2021 I came to the Senayan store and it turned out that only Ando's shoes were finished, my Nike Lebron 16 was just slse 1, next to it I still haven't done anything (I am confused about how it works, why CM 1, the other one is not yet at all), I am still patient, I will give it the opportunity until Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 12.00 because that day at 15.00 I want to wear shoes to play basketball, the employee at that time agreed.
3. On the 20th, around 1300, I took it to the Mo Senayan shoe stand according to the ability of the Shoe Mo employees, and it turned out that my shoes were still wet. I appreciate his brother trying to dry it for a few minutes, but it still smells bad when you use it. Luckily I have spare shoes, so I still can basketball.
My disappointment point is as I posted at the beginning.
