β β β β β Renata & Robyn Atelier, run by the greenhorn daughter of Cipta Citra Bika, has been a big disappointment and waste of money to say the least. We paid for a turnkey service where they do their own measurement up to the finished, installed product. Countless mismatches between their own measurements, drawings and products were never rectified prior to installation. Even when we found out those defects or inconsistencies, they resorted to endless blame games that is basically an attempt to shunt the responsibility of making things as previously agreed upon.
There is no control by R&R Atelier on their own subcontractors. Lack of management caused the subcontractors to get away with poor workmanship and slow pace if not checked by the customer. The customer ends up being the quality control in the attempt of getting at least a barely acceptable product (level cupboards, no leaks, correct sizes anyone?). What should have been a turnkey service ended of requiring the customer to do a lot of work. Who's paying who really?
All these issues are exacerbated by their audacity to enthusiastically refuse, or charge every damn thing they should have rectified at the first place. The customer had to fight (and on some things, compromise!) just to get what the customer paid for on the initial agreement. Unbelievable. No wonder R&R Atelier insisted in having 90% of the cost paid before delivery; the rest of the witheld payment is not enough to cover the heartbreak and headache of their customer, let alone paying another company to fix those glaring errors.
In summary, don't be fooled by the foreign sounding company name when their irresponsible work ethics and unacceptable results will just end up with a disappointed customer.
