★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sigap dan ramah. Ada tempat tunggu berAC di lantai 2. Layanannya terlengkap di Kotwis karena selain utk service, juga bisa tambal ban dan bahkan cuci motor/semir ban.
 The service is fast and friendly. There is a waiting area with air conditioning on the 2nd floor. The service is the most complete in Kotwis because in addition to service, you can also patch tires and even wash the motorbike / tire polish.

The customer was scolded. After fixing it here but it's still broken based on checking with 2 other workshops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang tunggu bagus, tapi mekanik dan kasir kurang baik, product knowledge nya kurang, montir kasar untuk melepas tangki sampe bikin tutup tangki lecet Kovernya juga agak kroak, parah!, plus pernah sampe kabel sensor ga kepasang dan jauh dari tempat semestinya(ga bisa ngirut kabel). Pokonya cukup kecewa service di sini. Ga rekomen untuk motor cc 250an ke atas.
The waiting room is good, but the mechanics and cashiers are not good, the product knowledge is lacking, the mechanic is rude to remove the tank until it makes the tank cover scratch The cover is also a bit crooked, bad! cable). Anyway, quite disappointed with the service here. Not recommended for 250 cc motorcycles and above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, sangat lengkap bisa service, tambal, sampai cuci motor. Tempat tunggu dilantai 2 ber ac, dan ada tv serta wifi ny, di sediakan juga minuman kopi atau teh.
The service is very satisfying, very complete can service, patches, to washing motorcycles. A waiting area on the 2nd floor is air-conditioned, and there is a TV and Wi-Fi, also provided coffee or tea drinks.

The same service for selling all kinds of oil is okay. but the motor service is big no, the crutches thread for my motorbike is finished after the service is here. just install the cvt foam backwards
