★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shaburi is a shabu shabu restaurant of a new model, the concept is All You Can Eat withe price arround 200 till 300 thousand per person for food and drink, quite popular popular today and mostly you must queue to eat here.
the atmosphere of the restaurant in Japanese-style design and quite clean, stuff also deligent and helpfull, food served is so many such as beef (nonfat and fat) vegetables such as ginseng leaves, japanese spinach, chicory, mushrooms and other vegetables, various meatballs of meat / crab, udon, karage also available here, for Shabu there is some types of choices such as Hot Miso, Chicken collagen, Konbu, Sukiyaki with some varians of deeping souce with sesame, garlic and Chilli cop.
Please take food as you able to consume only, time avaliable is 90 minutes, enough for every body to enjoyed meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well served and crowded. We ordered premium shabu and notable menus were angus beef and beef sausages. Lot of drinks variance. Combined with various choices of vegetables and snacks, the food overall was excellent. The gellato was also well served as dessert. The surrounding was too loud so it’s not a good place for discussion. The queue was quite long and taking time, which might due to weekend. Using traveloka vouchers deals here can save us some cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you happen to be in Grand Indonesia Mall and looking for an all - you- can - eat place then this is one restaurant you can try.
Shaburi has been serving all-you-can-eat Japanese food for quite some times and it is quite popular, particularly during the lunch time. The line can be long if you reach this place during lunch break.
I have tried it before the COVID - 19 pandemic and during the pandemic as well. Now we have the health protocol, with temperature checked, physical distancing and reduced capacity in the restaurant and mask as well as washing hands or using hand sanitizers.
It has several choices for the soup.. like the original konbu, the chicken collagen, the spicy miso and Aka Kara if I'm not mistaken. You can have one single pot or twin pots with original konbu and one other choice.
The price for regular shabu - shabu during lunch time is 154.000 for adult and Rp 78.000,-(Child) or Rp117.000,- for Seniors. While for dinner, it's Rp 175.000 (adult). Rp 88.000(Child) and Rp 130.000 for Seniors. All before tax and service charge. Besides regular, you have the choices of special beef and wagyu beef as well. You have 90 minutes to eat all these choices of food. When I came here the last time, it was still considered Eid Al Fitr break so we have to pay the dinner price for lunch due to the surcharge.
I do like the choices of fresh veggies, mushrooms, and other seafood like prawns, squids, fish fillet and fish balls. It has tofu and fish tofu as well. Prepared food like sushi, fried rice, chicken karage, curry udon and more are also available. Soft drinks, hot and cold ocha, regular tea as well as soft ice cream, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream are also available. It also has various sauces and condiments for your soup, food and veggies.
The health protocol is fully observed during COVID-19 pandemic, so you will have your temperature checked, mask on, hands sanitized and physical distancing as well as reduced capacity in the restaurant.

It's awesome how they can slice the meat so thin. It's good, so the meat can be softer if they are thin sliced. Just think it positively since it's an ayce restaurant anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can eat untill you drop here hehehe... the best choice to enjoy a lot of good food with various soup and sauce, good quality of meat, fresh vegetable, various drinks and dessert. The place is also nice and comfortable to hang out with friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For you who looking for all you can eat buffet near Thamrin Office District then this it the place for you.
If you want a lot of menu varities then I suggest you to go to Shabu Hachi than this place.
For the taste yups, it taste premium and I love the short ribs. Unfortunately, the meat you must ordered from a scanning QR you cannot take by yourself.
And at the time I ate, the sides was running out and took a time to refilled by the staff since it was packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a treat to be here and I usually ordered their beef selection right away because I really want to enjoy the beef before the time is up. I take on some of the veggies and fish ball from the station but that’s about it. I tried so hard to skip the Chicken Karage but sometime it’s so hard to resist the temptation. Try to avoid lunchtime or dinner time. Come in between meals time and you’ll be happy. Enjoy!
