★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave a different price for spa at the time of booking said the price is including blow drying. .but then later charged me highly over priced blow dry...blow-dry was charged almost the same as spa. Gave improper information and wasted my time and money.. please be very sure to carefully ask for what all are actually included in the price they are quoting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time to Johnny Andrean salon. Most staff cannot speak English so communication can be difficult. The front desk can speak English though. I enjoyed the service and it was great. The salon is clean and also quite busy but I did not need to book and just walked in for an immediate slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the premium creambath treatment at this place and instead of getting a satisfactory result, what I got after the creambath was a super greasy and oily hair because the person didn’t really wash my hair clean and I still can feel the creambath cream on my hair. Very disappointing. Not worth the price.
Staff need to have more trainings I guess. Definitely not going back.

He ask about what i want, what activity that i have related to that hair. And voìla... i love the result. Thanks so much. I will be back definitely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas Rais has been my favorite hairdresser for over 2 years now. He does my haircut neat and perfectly each time and his blow dry is also spectacular. It always looks natural but bouncy, and definitely not over the top like some other stylist did. Overall the salon offers great service for its price point in my experience, never had any problem.
