Tp kali ini sy kecewa..
Biasanya,teknisi mencuci saringan/filter dan yg lain di kran luar rumah (hanya 3 meter dr kamar yg AC nya dibersihkan)..
Td sy sdh sampaikan agar dicuci diluar,mrk jawab "ini di kamar mandi dlm kamar cuma ambil air bu,,nnt nyucinya diluar"..
Nyatanya, smua barang dicuci di kamar mandi dlm kamar..
Kotorannya dimana2,,sikat gigi berantakan jatuh ke lantai,dan tdk dibereskan lg..
Dan satu dr teknisinya dlm kondisi batuk,jg tanpa memakai masker..
Mengecewakan sekali utk pekerjaan kali ini..
Kesal sekali sy,,sy coba telp ke admin utk menyampaikan keluhan,,tp tdk diangkat..
Ya sdh,,,sy keluhan disini..
I have used the services of Dr. Eka Jaya AC..dl for a long time, the work is quite good..
But this time I'm disappointed..
Usually, technicians wash filters/filters and others on faucets outside the house (only 3 meters from the room where the air conditioner is cleaned)..
I have told you to wash it outside, they replied "this is in the bathroom in the room, just take water, ma'am, later wash it outside"..
In fact, all things are washed in the bathroom in the room..
Dirt everywhere, the messy toothbrush fell to the floor, and wasn't cleaned up anymore..
And one of the technicians is coughing, also without wearing a mask..
Very disappointing for this job..
I'm very annoyed, I tried to call the admin to submit a complaint, but it wasn't picked up..
Yes, I have a complaint here..
