★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat buruk, penipuan, awalnya saya meminta jasa untuk membersihkan AC dan mengecek krn ac tidak dingin, setelah crew datang dan melakukan pekerjaannya yang dimana saya kira itu tidak dilakukan saya ditagih biaya yang tidak sedikit 550 ribu. mengapa saya berkata demikian? karena setelah diservis, AC malah makin tidak dingin dan mengeluarkan bunyi aneh. kemudian saya komplain dan minta pertanggungjawaban hingga akhirnya dana dibalikkan tidak sampai setengah dari 550 ribu (perjalanan untuk smpai dibalikkan uang segini tidak singkat, saya telpon dan WA berkali2 tidak direspon dan selalu menghindar dengan berbagai alasan, lalu setelah saya panggil tukang AC lain setelah dicek memang benar, AC saya tidak dibersihkan sama sekali, hati2 saja dengan servis ac di sini, saya merasa ini scam dan penipuan. bagi yang mau pesan servis disini hati2 saja dan lbh baik pikir 10x lagi. disini saya masih merasa dibodohi karena uang hanya dikembalikan 250 ribu dari 550 ribu dan AC saya setelah mereka pegang malah tambah rusak, sekian dan selamat tinggal

note: AC selalu rutin dibersihkan 2-3 bulan sekali
smoga agan2 disini tdk ada yang tertipu sm tukang AC macam gini
 very bad service, fraud, initially I asked for services to clean the air conditioner and check because the air conditioner was not cold, after the crew came and did their work which I thought was not done I was charged a fee of not less than 550 thousand. why do i say that? because after being serviced, the AC is even less cold and makes a strange sound. then I complained and asked for responsibility until finally the funds were reversed, less than half of 550 thousand (the trip to get reversed this money was not short, I called and WA did not respond many times and always avoided for various reasons, then after I called another air conditioner after checking it was indeed true, my air conditioner was not cleaned at all, just be careful with the ac service here, I feel this is a scam and fraud.for those who want to order service here, just be careful and think 10x again.here I still feel fooled because the money is only returned 250 thousand of 550 thousand and my air conditioner after they held it even more damaged, that's all and goodbye

note: AC is always cleaned every 2-3 months
I hope bro, no one here is fooled by this kind of AC repairman

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lumayan lah, lagian untuk harga segitu kita bukan bayar untuk barang/sparepart penggantinya tapi kita bayar waktu mereka yang mereka habiskan untuk belajar sehingga mereka tahu dimana letak kerusakannya, good job?
It's okay, anyways, for that price, we don't pay for replacement goods/spare parts, but we pay for the time they spend studying so they know where the damage is, good job?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis kulkas ganti bimetal sama fuse sj hbs 395 rb, kulkas jg blm beres nggak dingin. Mau nego harga services ditelpon sj susah, ya terpaksa bayar jg. Walaupun ada garansi sy dah kapok mending cari tempat lain.
Fridge service, replacing bimetal and fuse, only HBs 395 rb, the refrigerator is also not finished, it's not cold. If you want to negotiate the price for services, it's hard to call, so you have to pay too. Even though there is a guarantee, I have given up on finding another place.
