★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm cm bisa bilang hati2 kalo beli asuransi HP SCP atau apalah itu yg harganya 2 juta, mnding buat beli HP baru aja, sulit banget ga bisa diklaim, dan sama “promotor” nya ga dikasih polis ataupun surat apapun, jadi waktu di klaim katanya ga termasuk atau ga ke cover, yaudah gpp lah kalau memang samsung lebih butuh uang.
Hmm, can I say be careful if you buy HP SCP insurance or something that costs 2 million, it's better to just buy a new cellphone, it's really difficult to claim, and the "promoter" was not given any policy or letter, so when the claim was made it said no whether it's included or not on the cover, it's okay if Samsung really needs money more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu saya beli samsung note 20 ultra, dan ditawarkan oleh sales nya untuk menambah asuransi sebesar 2 juta lebih rupiah, dan menurut sales nya akan meng cover semua kejadian tidak disengaja dan tidak diberikan invoice maupun polis untuk asuransi nya. Namun setelah kemarin terjadi pencurian dan di bobol oleh maling dan kemudian menurut CS nya ternyata menurut CS nya diberi tahu bahwa polis nya dibutuhkan dan invoice pembelian kami tahun 2020 tidak lagi dapat terdeteksi melalui sistem yg katanya di update setiap 3 bulan. Disini kami merasa dibohongi oleh penjualan asuransi hp yang katanya mengcover semua kejadian luar biasa dan tidak disengaja. Namun ternyata tidak dan malah dibutuhkan bukti invoice dan polis asuransi. Gausah percaya ya memang sama asuransi2 beginian cuma mahal aja ga asa gunanya
