★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dulu beli iphone di eka, pelayanannya puas bgt. karyawannya ramah. jadinya setiap ada temen yg minta rekomendasi tempat selalu bilang ekaseluler. pas bgt kemarin nemenin temen beli iphone di eka, karyawannya udah ganti bukan yg dulu. duhh judgemental bgt kaya paling pinter sendiri sorry to say. perkara icloud. sampe saya nanya “emg kalo bikin icloud di website tetep gakan bs pake gmail kak?” jawaban nya ga enakin bgt “gabisa kak, saya juga disini bukan yg sekali dua kali bikinin icloud org, udah puluhan.” kaya okeyyyy, gaperlu gitu juga response nya. dan gue langsung coba test bikin icloud di website nya icloud.com menggunakan gmail ternyta bisa. ????? ngadi2 bgt dah ah. masukan aja kalo emg gatau jgn sok paling pinter. overall price semua okay di eka, cuman karyawannya pls jgn sinis dan berasa paling canggih, kan malu kalo ternyata salah.
 I used to buy an iPhone at eka, the service was very satisfied. the employees are friendly. so every time a friend asks for a place recommendation, they always say ekacellular. Just right yesterday, accompanying a friend to buy an iPhone at Eka, the employees have changed instead of the old ones. duhh judgmental like the smartest myself sorry to say. icloud case. until I asked "if you make icloud on the website can't you still use gmail, sis?" the answer is not very good "I can't, sis, I'm also here, not the one who bikini icloud org once or twice, it's been dozens." like okeyyyy, there's no need for that response either. and I immediately tried to test making iCloud on the website icloud.com using gmail, it worked. it's really bad ah. Just enter it, if you don't know, don't pretend to be the smartest. overall prices are all okay at eka, only the employees pls don't be cynical and feel the most sophisticated, it's a shame if it turns out to be wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and unfriendly: they tell us by WhatsApp that they have the product we want, so we tell them when we are coming to get it and we spend IDR 280k to travel there from Jakarta... when we arrive, they tell us they don’t have the product. What a joke of a company. Terrible customer service, rude people there did not apologize or offer any explanation.
