★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bapaknya ramah, namun saran kalau mau perbaiki kulkas sebaiknya partsnya beli sendiri karena kalau beli sama bapaknya harganya 3 kali lipat, harga sensor suhu harusnya 65 ribu dijual ke saya 260 ribu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seperti review sblm saya, bapaknya ramah, tapi dibalik keramahan nya siap menguras kantong kita. Servis mesin cuci ada alat yg diganti saya dicharge 375rb (belum jasa servis), pas cek part tersebut di Tokopedia harganya cuma 40-60rb (menang banyak kan). Saran saya jualan ambil untung yg wajar boleh tapi jangan ngerampok. Kalo sampeyan kasih servis bagus & harga wajar pasti akan dipromosikan dari mulut ke mulut, kalo kyk gini sih udah bikin kapok. Warning dari saya untuk next customer.
Like my previous review, the father is friendly, but behind his hospitality, he is ready to drain our pockets. There was a washing machine service that was replaced, I was charged 375 thousand (not serviced yet), when I checked the part on Tokopedia the price was only 40-60 thousand (win a lot). My advice is to sell, take a reasonable profit, but don't rob. If you give good service & reasonable prices, it will definitely be promoted by word of mouth, if it's like this, it's already giving up. Warning from me for the next customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya service kulkas langsung dikenakan biaya 600rb kata bapaknya ada garansi 1 bln tetapi blum 1 hari perbaikan kulkas tidak ada perubahan masih rusak, besok bpknya datang kembali lalu saya dikenakan biaya lagi 150rb dan sama blum ada 3 hari kulkas saya masih rusak tidak dingin, saya sudah habis uang banyak tetapi belum ada hasil dengan kulkas saya. Tolong kalau bekerja itu yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab, hari ini saya dijanjikan bpknya untuk pertanggung jawaban tetapi sampai sekarang bapaknya blum ada kabar lanjutnya. Saran saya kalau mau perbaiki barang orang tunggu orangnya datang dulu baru di perbaiki, ini tiba2 saya dikabari kalau sudah diperbaiki tanpa ada saya disitu entah benar diperbaiki atau tidak hanya tuhan yang tau ya pak, mungkin saya tidak tahu tetapi tuhan maha tahu pak, semoga di bulan ramadhan penuh berkah ini diampuni segala kesalahannya pak. Aamiin.
