★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 11-11-2019 kulkas ditarik ke PT Gobel Dharma Nusantara Bekasi. Sampai saat ini belum ada konfirmasi dari kulkas sy, setiap sy tlp harus nunggu 1minggu lagi&dg alasan yg berbeda². Sangat amat mengecewakan sekali service panasonic pt gobel darma nusantara. Pihak cs kurang paham atas data, pihak teknisi idr*** banyak alasan&kurang kooperatif...3bulan kulkas ga ada konfirmasi.
On 11-11-2019 the refrigerator was withdrawn to PT Gobel Dharma Nusantara Bekasi. Until now there has been no confirmation from my refrigerator, every phone I have to wait for another week & for different reasons ². Very very disappointing, the Panasonic Service PT Double Dharma Nusantara. The cs lacked understanding of the data, the technicians were idr *** many reasons & were less cooperative ... 3 months there was no confirmation of the refrigerator.
